GIANT PAPER SCULPTURE EXHIBITION
|
As part of a the Giant Paper Sculptures Exhibition in the Library Gallery, RWCMD design student designed and created giant hare sculptures. The seven composers in my year were designated a particular sculpture to compose for. Working alongside the design team I created a soundscape reflecting the hares running by recording and manipulating percussion lines played by Mary Johnson and cello melodies performed by Alexander Carey. I also included synthesisers to create this hybrid soundscape. The exhibition was displayed from October to December 2019 and had an official opening night in October. |
